Leasing Agent – Apartments | $18–$24/hr + Perks

Location: Pendleton, OR (Westgate Apartment Homes)

Schedule: Full‑Time | Sunday‑Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 60 min unpaid lunch

• $18–$24 per hour (DOE)
• $50/month phone stipend
• Full‑time, stable schedule

• Tour prospective residents and showcase the community
• Guide applicants through leasing, move‑ins, and renewals
• Process applications and maintain accurate resident files
• Track leads and support leasing and marketing efforts
  
  Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns
• Inspect model units, tour paths, and common areas
• Support outreach and community engagement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, professional leasing office and environment

• 1+ year of leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
• Driver's license and auto insurance required
• Lease‑up experience a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, property management systems)
• Positive attitude and customer‑focused mindset

Requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
