JOB SUMMARY

Provides beverage service and/or food service to guests in the Family Funplex in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and play through prompt, efficient, and friendly service placing customers' needs
  • Greets each customer, politely offering alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks or taking food service orders.
  • Retrieves drink orders from the bar service areas and promptly delivers them to customers.
  • Promptly takes beverage and/or food orders, accepts payment for item(s), and processes payment as outlined.
  • Ensures that beverage/food order is accurate and promptly delivered to the
  • Makes continual rounds throughout the bowling/arcade areas to ensure food and beverage service is maintained.
  • Ensures that all foodstuff is handled healthfully, following the guidelines of the food handler's training at all
  • Maintains a neat, clean gaming area, by removing used food/beverage containers
  • Promotes internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful
  • Constantly maintains a clean, efficient work area, wipes spills, replenishes condiments and when able, assists with service and maintenance of beverage
  • Complies with regulatory laws, PP&P, OLCC regulations, department policies and procedures, safety codes,
  • Promotes a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for employees and guests. Promptly reports all concerns to the
  • Ensures that the operation of equipment, tools, and materials is handled safely.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Six (6) months of experience in the customer service/hospitality
  • Possess or obtain a Food Handler Certification and an OLCC card within 30 days of employment, with permit application submitted by first day of employment.
