JOB SUMMARY

Provides beverage service and/or food service to guests in the Family Funplex in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Ensures customer satisfaction and play through prompt, efficient, and friendly service placing customers' needs

Greets each customer, politely offering alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks or taking food service orders.

Retrieves drink orders from the bar service areas and promptly delivers them to customers.

Promptly takes beverage and/or food orders, accepts payment for item(s), and processes payment as outlined.

Ensures that beverage/food order is accurate and promptly delivered to the

Makes continual rounds throughout the bowling/arcade areas to ensure food and beverage service is maintained.

Ensures that all foodstuff is handled healthfully, following the guidelines of the food handler's training at all

Maintains a neat, clean gaming area, by removing used food/beverage containers

Promotes internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful

Constantly maintains a clean, efficient work area, wipes spills, replenishes condiments and when able, assists with service and maintenance of beverage

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Six (6) months of experience in the customer service/hospitality
