The Cook is responsible for efficiently and effectively produce all menu items designated by Abby’s, following company standards, specifications, and procedures. Also to provide the best possible service to every customer who walks into the Abby’s experience.
Duties and responsibilities- Understand ticket procedures, use proper amounts of sauce and cheese and know the procedures behind it;
- Make regular and deep dish pizza with proper amounts provided;
- Make specialty salads and sandwiches;
- Perform oven tending, cutting, and redressing procedures;
- Chicken preparation and chicken broasting procedures;
- Daily cleaning duties.
- A can-do attitude and good customer service;
- The ability to read and understand ticket procedures and chart measurements;
- Dexterity with hands and feet (quick on your toes and steady);
- The ability to work in high volume situations;
- The ability to stand for up to 8 hours;
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
