Dietary Aide - Server - Assisted Living

Prestige Care -  - Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and serving meals, snacks, and beverages with portion control and sanitation practices;
Deliver meals to resident rooms or tables and set up meal trays according to dietary orders and tray cards;
Maintain kitchen, dietary equipment, and dining room sanitation;
Clean utensils, dishes, and pots and pans using dishwasher or handwashing; ensure dishwasher temperature and records;
Follow state/local guidelines and Prestige policy for storage, rotation, labeling of food and equipment as needed
