The Mckay-Creek-Assisted-Living seeks a dependable cook to manage the kitchen in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor. You will prepare tasteful meals, follow menus, portion controls, and handle large quantities.
You will record temperatures, prepare pureed foods, and work with staff across departments to ensure cleanliness and safety. Requires a High school diploma or equivalent and a Serv Safe certificate; at least 1 year as a cook in hospital/long-term care preferred.
