Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelves and displays to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’s guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz’s management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Show a positive and professional attitude, be self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.

Hourly compensation rate of $19.00. 401 Savings Plan, mileage reimbursement (according to company policy), strong career advancement opportunities, health and well‑being program, employee assistance program (EAP), internet reimbursement of $10.00 when a company device is not provided, and safety equipment such as kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE.
