As a Body Shop Apprentice
, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced Body Shop Technicians, learning the skills needed to repair and restore commercial trucks and buses. Through hands‑on training and mentorship, you’ll gain experience in collision repair, structural repairs, vehicle refinishing, welding, and manufacturer repair procedures while building a rewarding career with one of the premier commercial truck dealerships in the West.

• Assist experienced technicians with vehicle disassembly, reassembly, and collision repairs.
• Learn body panel replacement, dent repair, structural repairs, and refinishing preparation.
• Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming surfaces.
• Perform detailing and final vehicle preparation before customer delivery.
• Safely operate shop tools and equipment while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in manufacturer and company training programs to build your technical skills.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards while supporting the Body Shop team.

• Has a strong work ethic and a desire to learn a skilled trade.
• Enjoys working with their hands and solving mechanical challenges.
• Has an interest in collision repair, painting, welding, or vehicle restoration.
• Is dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn from experienced professionals.
• Works well as part of a team and takes pride in quality workmanship.
• Has a valid driver’s license.
• Previous automotive, body shop, construction, fabrication, or vocational school experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
