Horizon Project, Inc. is a nonprofit in Umatilla County since 1977, seeking reliable caregivers to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and in the community. No prior experience required; starting pay is $16–$18.50 per hour, with full pay scale up to $22 per hour.
An extra $1 per hour is paid when job coaching with a client. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8AM–4PM (40 hours/week); occasional weekend or evening hours may be required.
