Job Role:
- Chef Manager to oversee catering for a high end B&I site
- The Chef Manager will oversee production of this fresh food feeding 200/300 per day
- The Chef Manager will lead and an develop a team of 4
- A Chef Manager with good experience in fresh food operations.
- A Chef Manager who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with high street food trends
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
- A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front
- Computer literate and can liaise with clients
