We are looking for Estate Assistants to join our hospitality team and help create the warm, thoughtful welcome that makes a stay at Penicuik Estate so memorable.

Deliver the warm, hands‑on touches that make a guest's stay special: welcoming guests, valet parking and driving, carrying luggage, supporting events, helping with turndown and the small details that make the properties feel cared for. A hands‑on, generalist role supporting the wider hospitality team wherever needed.

The role is offered on a casual basis with flexible hours, scheduled around guest arrivals and events, including evenings and weekends. Part‑time applications will also be considered, with a competitive rate of pay depending on experience.
