The Role

They’re hiring a Paraplanner to support their financial planning team with document review, plan building, and day‑to‑day planner support — a foundational role for someone early in their career who wants real experience and a defined path forward.

Three to five years from now, you're not still doing data entry. You're a CFP‑track Financial Planner with real client relationships, real technical abilities, and a team that funded your growth every step of the way.

• Prepare, review, and organize client documents and financial plans
• Build out financial planning analyses and materials in support of Financial Planners
• Assist with client servicing and ongoing plan maintenance
• Learn the planning process end‑to‑end as a foundation for long‑term growth within the firm

• 1–4 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a closely related role
• Real, hands‑on exposure to financial planning work
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
• A growth mindset and genuine interest in building a long‑term career in financial planning

• Experience with eMoney and/or LPL

$50,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience — with a real, structured path to grow well beyond that.
