What You'll Do- Bring our mission and vision to life through daily interactions.
- Create fun, engaging community activities for residents.
- Support independence by teaching life skills and encouraging confidence.
- Build trust through clear communication, consistency, and care.
- Provide direct supervision and support in the home, including meal prep, grocery shopping, transportation, and personal care.
- Ensure safety through risk management, fire drills, and adherence to behavior programs.
- Accurately manage funds, complete documentation, and follow confidentiality standards.
- Pitch in with household needs such as cleaning, yardwork, or snow removal when necessary.
- Integrity-driven - you do the right thing, even when no one's watching.
- Empathetic and patient - able to de-escalate and redirect behaviors appropriately.
- A strong communicator who values collaboration and rapport.
- Tech-capable - comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and digital tools.
- High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year of Human Services experience preferred.
- Must be 18 or older with a valid PA driver's license.
- Able to pass background checks, physical exams, and TB test.
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
- Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and operate equipment (wheelchairs, lawnmowers, etc.).
- Medication administration certification (or ability to be certified).
