At HCC, we believe community is strengthened through relationships. Our programs are designed not only to provide activities and resources, but to create opportunities for people to know one another, build trust, and experience a genuine sense of belonging.

Guided by our Christian faith and our commitment to servant leadership, trust, respect, humility, and holistic care, we seek to care for our community like Christ. We welcome and serve people of all backgrounds and strive to create an environment where every person is treated with dignity, kindness, and respect.
