The Registered Nurse in this outpatient role is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for individuals or families. This position is ideal for a team player who is committed to patient-centered care and professional development.

• Schedule: Full-time

• Assess human responses and plan nursing care for patients.
• Provide transformational leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate clinical care.
• Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality initiatives.
• Utilize the nursing process to implement patient care plans.
• Analyze health status and determine patient care needs.
• Document changes in patient condition and notify appropriate personnel.
• Participate in professional organizations and seek continuous learning.
• Advocate for patients and resolve patient/family concerns.

• Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)

• Preferred certification in area of specialty

• CPR certification required
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
