We’re seeking a compassionate, motivated, and relationship-focused Achievement Consultant – Youth & Family Services to provide individualized support to adolescent girls and their families through our evidence-informed Achievement Consultation Program.
This is much more than a traditional human services position.
As an Achievement Consultant, you’ll become a trusted partner to youth and families as you help them identify strengths, overcome barriers, set meaningful goals, connect with valuable community resources, and celebrate lasting achievements.

About Ruth’s Way, Inc.Ruth’s Way, Inc.is a faith-informed nonprofit Achievement Consulting Agency committed to empowering adolescent girls ages 10–17 to realize their voice, recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and achieve long‑term success.
Through individualized Achievement Consultation, family engagement, school partnerships, and community collaboration, we equip youth and their families with practical tools, supportive relationships, and personalized strategies that promote lifelong success.
Position SummaryAs an Achievement Consultant – Youth & Family Services, you’ll provide individualized Achievement Consultation services to adolescent girls and their families in home, school, community, and virtual settings.
Using Ruth’s Way’s signature Blueprint-To-Achievement™ model, you’ll partner with participants and their guardians to identify strengths, address barriers, develop achievable goals, and create individualized plans that promote personal growth, family stability, educational success, and emotional well‑being.
Every consultation is personalized because every family is unique.
What You’ll Do- Build trusting, supportive relationships with youth and their families.
- Conduct individualized Achievement Consultation sessions using a strengths-based, family-centered approach.
- Help participants identify goals and develop personalized Blueprint-To-Achievement™ plans.
- Encourage youth to build confidence, resilience, healthy decision‑making skills, and personal responsibility.
- Support parents and guardians by providing encouragement, practical strategies, and ongoing collaboration.
- Connect families with community resources, educational supports, behavioral health providers, and other services as appropriate.
- Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and partner agencies to coordinate participant support.
- Monitor participant progress and celebrate milestones and achievements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, referrals, attendance records, and required reports.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, professional development, and agency trainings.
- Represent Ruth’s Way with professionalism, compassion, cultural humility, and integrity.
