Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Private Butler to support a family office and ensure smooth day-to-day household and personal operations. This role combines traditional butler responsibilities with modern lifestyle management, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
Duties and Responsibilities Daily Household & Family Support- Oversee and manage daily family routines and schedules
- Ensure readiness of household spaces (cleanliness, order, presentation)
- Coordinate with domestic staff and external service providers
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and service
- Full responsibility for wardrobe and closet management
- Organization, seasonal rotation, inventory tracking
- Coordination with dry cleaning, tailoring, and purchases
- Packing and unpacking luggage for all family members
- Prepare outfits and essentials for daily activities and events
- Prepare family for travel (packing, checklists, documentation support)
- Coordinate with assistants on travel logistics
- Accompany family on trips when required
- Ensure seamless setup at destinations (residence, hotel, etc.)
- Manage and track medications, supplements, and schedules
- Ensure availability and timely replenishment
- Coordinate with medical providers if needed
- Handle day-to-day personal tasks and errands
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Support family members with individual requests
- Coordinate small gatherings and private events
- Frequent international travel required across multiple jurisdictions
- Flexibility to travel on short notice
- Preference for candidates with passports allowing visa-free or easy travel to:
- Turkey
- Schengen area (Germany, Italy, etc.)
- Bulgaria
- Singapore
- Other international destinations
- Proven experience as a private butler / household manager / personal assistant in UHNW or family office environments
- Experience supporting multi-location households is a strong advantage
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
- High attention to detail
- Discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Strong service mindset and adaptability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic environments
- English - mandatory (fluent)
- Russian and/or Turkish - strongly preferred
- Additional languages are a plus
- Experience working across Europe, Middle East, and Asia
- Familiarity with luxury standards and UHNW lifestyles
