Are you ready to sit at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Finance?
As a Product Manager for Bulk & On-site (BOS), you will do more than manage a portfolio; you will help define the end-to-end (E2E) vision for products central to Air Liquide’s integrated business model, including Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen, CO2, and Argon.
This role is designed as an exceptional growth opportunity entry point for a high-potential graduate. this role, your responsibilities will span from deep-dive data modeling to high-level strategic coordination:
* Strategic Vision:
You will co-lead regional ecosystem reviews by conducting SWOT analyses and 10-year scenario planning. You’ll map future supply/demand balances to influence high-level investment decisions.
* Data Modeling & Analytics:
You will build and maintain the foundation of our strategy—using tools like PowerBI, Google Sheets, and AI to convert local operational data into clear volume and capacity projections.
* Profitability Coordinator:
You will monitor commercial KPIs (Gross Margin % and M€) and work with pricing teams to optimize asset loading and develop tactical recommendations for sales teams.
* Crisis Leadership Support:
Working alongside a senior Product Manager, you will help coordinate national task forces during product shortages, ensuring supply continuity and clear communication with General Management.
