The Master's Degree Course in Engineering for the Safety of Critical Industrial and Civil Infrastructures aims to train an engineer with specific knowledge and skills for an interdisciplinary and systemic approach to industrial and civil infrastructures.
The course provides solid skills on quantitative models for the assessment of traditional risks and anthropogenic risks linked to the territory, which characterize civil infrastructures and industrial ones.
The graduate will have a broad spectrum of knowledge, which gives him strong decision-making autonomy and allows him to face the increasingly demanding challenges required in the sector of the safety of high-risk civil and industrial infrastructures.
The graduate can carry out activities such as risk analyst, safety manager, technical consultant, designer of risk mitigation works, and responsible for the development and management of emergency plans for infrastructure systems.
Admission requirements include a three-year degree or university diploma, possession of curricular requirements, and adequacy of personal scientific-technical and linguistic preparation.
