The candidate will operate within the Manufacturing Factory Footprint department, and he/she will support the management of complex programs, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality objectives. He or she will report to the Senior Program Manager.

This is the ideal opportunity for a young engineer looking to develop their skills in end-to-end industrial project management.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
  • Planning Support:
    Assist in defining project roadmaps, including milestones and deliverables
  • Monitoring and Reporting:
    Continuously monitor project progress (timelines, costs, risks), creating dashboards and reports to present to senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    Liaise with internal departments (planning, industrial engineering, purchasing, engineering, and plant) to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
  • Document Management:
    Keep technical and project documentation up to date
  • Problem Solving:
    Proactively identify critical issues and bottlenecks, proposing solutions to ensure the success of the project.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Tools:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and familiarity with planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smarsheet, or similar).
  • Technical Drawing:
    Ability to read mechanical technical drawings
  • Languages:

    Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
