We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Engines Program & Commercial Officer to join ourteam. This role is responsible for managing all contractual, commercial, and OEMcustomer relationship aspects related to assigned and new engine programs. Theideal candidate will act as the key interface between the company and the customer, ensuring contractual compliance, program performance, and customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the program.
Key Responsibilities- - Act as the primary point of contact for foreign customers for all contractual and commercial mattersrelated to assigned and new engines programs.
- - Support the direct manager in the preparation of cost estimates, quotations, and commercial offers for engine production, maintenance and overhaul activities within the assigned scopeand capture of new engines opportunities business.
- - Contribute to the negotiation, drafting and management of contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer requirements.
- - Manage relationship with customer throughout the lifecycle of the contract, providing continuous customer support during contract execution, ensuring timely and accurate communication,
managing and maintain strong customer relationships
, ensuring trust,transparency, and long-term collaboration. - - Coordinate internal departments(Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance) in accordance to the business plans for the contract to ensure proper execution of contractual obligations.
- - Monitor program progress and proactively manage deviations, schedule changes, and performance issues proposing and managing proper implementation of all the required actions to guarantee the profitability of the assigned contract.
- - Propose and implement corrective action plans or mitigation action aimed at optimizing the management and performance of assigned and new programs and contracts
- - Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- - Previous experience in sales, program management, or contract management, preferably in aerospace, aviation, or industrial environments.
- - Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) or production processes is a plus.
- - Solid understanding of contractual frameworks and commercial practices.
- - Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
