Mission
Perform customer projects bids and commercial offers.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible of the day-to‑day analysis of Request For Quotations
- Prepare costing using standard processes and tools.
- Prepare offer documentation consistent validated data which has been provided by opportunity leader (team) inside our internal tool.
- Perform simple risk analysis if required. Offers can be stand alone tender or internal solutions more complex.
- Provide support to the Tender Manager in the day‑to‑day actions of the tendering team.
- Process customer Request For Quotations efficiently to meet the customer requested date; if you are unable to meet the date, then elevate to Tender Manager for review.
- Understand customer specifications to ensure the correct requirements are delivered.
- Any ambiguities must be clarified with opportunity leader prior to uploading Request For Quotation in bFO.
- Ensure customer and opportunity leader are aware of any non‑compliance in the offer.
- Ensure all Terms and Conditions are as per standard. Any deviations from standard Terms and Conditions must be raised to Tendering Manager prior to offer being uploaded to bFO.
- Prepare hand‑over documents in our (DATE) tool.
- Attend hand‑over meeting as a representative of the tendering team.
- Attend and participate in local (SIM) meetings. If requested, support Tendering Manager in attending other unit (SIM) team meetings.
- Preferred experience in tendering or project management
- Knowledge in the field of electrotechnics, preferred medium voltage
- Ability to work closely with technical/engineering teams to structure proposals/contracts/bid documents
- Basic finance knowledge (gross margin, costing, Profit & Loss)
- Italian and English speaking
