RINA is currently recruiting for a System Engineer to join its office in Torino within the Italy Aerospace & Defense Project Management Division.

You will work on real aerospace systems and grow your skills alongside experienced engineers. Your work will help transform customer needs into reliable and high-performance solutions.

You will be responsible for:

• Analyzing customer requirements and supporting their translation into technical solutions
• Contributing to system design and interface definition (HW/SW)
• Supporting the analysis of wiring and electrical diagrams
• Assisting in ICD (Interface Control Document) feasibility and functional analysis
• Collaborating with the software team and following back‑end software development
• Designing and updating HMI (Human Machine Interface) mockups
• Preparing and executing functional and integration tests
• Identifying issues and supporting problem reporting and resolution activities
• Keeping track of requirements and HMI updates
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
  , including manuals and training material
• Working with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  , developing strong communication skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General

• Aerospace and Mission Systems
• Communication protocols such as RS232, RS422, RS485, MIL‑STD‑1553, ARINC 429, Ethernet
• Reading and understanding electrical schematics and HW/SW documentation
• Performing tests using laboratory equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer)
• Basic programming and scripting in C, Python, and LUA
