We are currently looking for a Mechanical Site Engineer to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN
.

• Pre‑condition site surveys
• Initial site set‑up and establishment (supported by the HSE site engineers)
• Coordinate with project manager, construction manager and site engineers to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Supervise subcontractor schedules and works
• Report to the project manager any deviations from the PoW or scope by the subcontractors
• Assist the team with project budgets for mechanical works, ensuring cost‑effective procurement of materials and services.
• Provide technical support onsite

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MSc is considered an advantage)
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within the renewable energy sector
• Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and civil construction drawings is essential.
• Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
