We are looking for a
** Technical Support Engineer – HVAC
** to support the development and delivery of tailored HVAC solutions for customers and partners. This role combines strong engineering expertise with customer-facing engagement, supporting the full lifecycle from technical consultation and solution definition through to commissioning and ongoing support.

Working closely with Sales, R&D, and Product Management, the successful candidate will help translate customer requirements into reliable, efficient, and competitive HVAC solutions.

This position is based in
** Belluno**, and you will be able to work in a hybrid working model with 2 days per week from home.
** Key Responsibilities of the Role:
*** Collaborate with the Sales team to analyse customer technical requirements and propose customised HVAC solutions that are technically robust and commercially competitive.
* Provide technical support during both pre-sales and post-sales phases, including application consulting, functional analysis, system configuration, and component selection.
* Support the configuration, commissioning, and optimisation of HVAC systems at customer sites to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Assist with technical troubleshooting, both remotely and on-site, and supervise installation and commissioning activities when required.
* Act as a technical interface with R&D and Product Management, providing field feedback to support product improvements and the development of new solutions.
* Deliver technical training to customers, OEMs, partners, and internal teams on the configuration, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
* Contribute to the development of technical documentation, presentations, and sales support materials to support commercial activities.

* Required Skills and Qualifications:

*** Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in technical roles within the HVAC sector, such as installation, system parameterisation, application engineering, technical support, or pre-sales.
* Solid understanding of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics principles applied to HVAC systems.
* Experience with electronic control systems and HVAC applications, including PLCs and Building Management Systems (BMS).
* Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus and BACnet.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
* Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Qualifications:

*** Experience supporting system commissioning and optimisation in HVAC applications.
* Exposure to OEM environments or complex HVAC installations.
* Experience delivering technical training to customers or partners.
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused solutions.
* Strong interest in developing both technical expertise and commercial understanding within the HVAC industry.
