are we looking for?

To support our growth ambitions in Italy, we are looking for a talented Project Financing Analyst to join AFC in Rome. You will report to the Financial Planning Manager and you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of project finance structures during their operational phase. This includes working with both internal teams and external financial partners, as well as analyzing and reporting on cash flow during the end‑of‑month closing and budgeting processes.

What

will you do?
  • Oversee project covenants to ensure compliance with duties and deadlines under financial documents.
  • Monitor actual and forecast cash flow to maintain financial stability across all terms.
  • Manage intragroup financial transactions (loans, distributions).
  • Ensure timely debt service payments, including principal, interest, IRS, and fees.
  • Update the financial model and calculate key ratios (DSCR, Forward DSCR, Average DSCR).
  • Report essential financial indicators from models (P&L, BS, CFS, ratios) to shareholders.
  • Coordinate internal departments for prompt covenant‑related information delivery such as operating budgets, reports, and financial statements.
  • Maintain relationships with agent banks and advisors.

  • Degree in Economics or equivalent University qualification.
  • Experience in cash flow management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP (FI-CO).
  • Knowledge of Project Financing structures.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken English.
