What we are looking for:

The Global Reporting & Consolidation Specialist supports monthly financial closing activities and prepares consolidated Group financial reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. The role ensures reliable data flows between local ERP systems and the Group financial reporting system, supports public reporting, intercompany cost allocations, and acquisition accounting activities, and collaborates on impairment testing. The position also contributes to ad ‑ hoc financial projects and supports audit processes, reinforcing the integrity of Group financial reporting.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Assist with monthly financial closings and preparing consolidated group financial reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data interfaces between local ERPs and the Group financial reporting system.
  • Perform reconciliation and validation checks on inbound data to secure completeness and consistency and execute intercompany allocations.
  • Support the Acquisition Accounting activities (Purchase Price Allocation) and ensure the accurate acquisition accounting and related reporting into the group R&C system also in terms of external disclosure;
  • Contribute to impairment testing and supporting analyses.
  • Assist ad ‑ hoc projects and audit requests with timely schedules and evidence.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance/Economics.
  • Knowledge of reporting, IFRS, and acquisition accounting.
  • ERP/reporting tool proficiency.
  • Excel intermediate/advanced.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.

  • Analytical mindset and consistency.
  • Ability to collaborate cross ‑ functionally.
  • Reporting discipline and documentation quality.
