For the season 2027, we are looking for a Porter
, to join our team Splendido!

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.

He/She will Report to the Executive Housekeeper.

• Responsible for the welcome and farewell of our guests, according to the Company policies, standard and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times;
• Ensure that the external reception area is in order and well maintained;
• Being informed about guest information (arrivals, departures and guests in house);
• Working closely with Housekeeping staff and offering assistance when necessary;
• Deal with emergency requests when asked by a Supervisor;
• Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues;

• Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally);
• Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them.
• Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions.
• Try and adopt new ways of doing things;
• Collaboration:
  
  be able and willing to work as a team player e Share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback. Fluent in Italian and basic level of English;
• Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships;
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
• We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 5, Porter;
• Start date:
  
  March 2027 to End date:
  November 2027, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;
• Monthly gross salary + separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR;
