Right‑Hand CEO (French Fluent) – Paradox EN
Role OverviewStrategic right‑hand to a high‑performance CEO. Operate at breakneck speed, scale an ambitious global company, and innovate at the intersection of psychology, creativity, and technology.
Mission & Responsibilities- Lead Strategic Projects & CEO Initiatives – Own entire strategic projects from growth hacks, operational buildouts, acquisitions, partnership buildout, AI‑powered growth playbooks, and elite talent sourcing.
- Rapid Experiments & Global Launches – Drive international launches, MVP tests, and new product initiatives with autonomy and speed.
- Strategy & Business Intelligence – Market research, growth models, business development, M&A scouting, dashboards, KPI tracking to support high‑leverage decisions.
- Systematic Growth Machine – Design workflows, implement automations, optimize every process. Internal COO meets Growth Architect.
- Internal AI Evangelist – Champion new AI tools, train teams, benchmark AI integrations, stay ahead of AI possibilities.
- Top‑tier business or engineering background (HEC, ESSEC, X, Sciences Po, Stanford, etc.).
- Proven startup, ops team, or growth engine experience.
- Strong work ethic, ownership mindset, relentless execution.
- Growth obsession – both personal and team‑wide.
- Tech‑savvy; AI‑native or actively becoming one.
- Persuasive – influence, negotiation, alignment without force.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- French and English fluency (required).
- Full‑time, based in Dubai or full‑remote worldwide (frequent travel to Dubai).
- Full‑remote or Dubai office – autonomous, accountable culture.
