Uni Credit is seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to join Uni Credit Digital team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and configuration of Digital Compliance Assets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of Uni Credit's daily banking operations.
Whatyou'll be doing
- Design, configure and maintain Oracle FCCM products licensed to Uni Credit, develop SQL scripts (Oracle DB), ensuring high performance, reliability, and security of the tool.
- Design and configure integration with related Infrastructure, developing and configuration of shells scripts, NAS and source mapping configuration and integration
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including technical analysts and groups of work to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development/configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Conduct code/configuration reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to ensure the stability and scalability of solution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including vendor developers, testers, and system administrators, to coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and recommend improvements to enhance the system performance and efficiency.
- Contribute to technical specifications redaction, procedures and guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies to increase productivity and quality of deliverables.
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and optimization to streamline daily banking operations and enhance customer experience.
- Adhere to Uni Credit's policies and procedures, including security guidelines and coding standards, to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Proven experience as a Developer and DB Administrator, with a good knowledge in shell scripts, unix, relational Database technology (Oracle, MS SQL Server) technologies in the banking or financial services industry and SQL queries for data manipulation and retrieval.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git) for collaborative development and version control.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of cloud solutions (OCI is an advantage) and integration between on premise and cloud application.
- Senior: 6+ years of experience in similar role.
