Digital Attitude is looking for a Microsoft 365 Trainer (Freelance) with solid experience in communication, collaboration, and productivity tools.

You will deliver online and in-person training, working across front-facing and hands-on (laboratorial) formats, and contributing also to video-based learning content.

The ability to confidently move across all these formats is essential.

Main responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging online, in-person, and video training sessions on Microsoft 365 tools.
• Design and customize training materials (slides, exercises, labs, guides).
• Create and record training videos, such as tool demonstrations, workflow walkthroughs, asynchronous learning videos (the outputs may include screencast, talking head, voice-over on slides).
• Adapt content to different audiences and business contexts.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trainers.
• Collect feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.

Microsoft tools covered:

The training activities may involve a selection of Microsoft tools, depending on the project scope and client needs. We do not expect trainers to cover all tools listed below: we are looking for professionals who are able to deliver training on at least some of them, with deeper expertise in specific areas. The broader the range of tools you are comfortable training on, the stronger your profile.

Typical projects focus on tools supporting communication and collaboration, such as Microsoft Teams, One Drive and Share Point , as well as productivity applications like Outlook, Planner, To Do, Lists, Forms, Loop, and the effective use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel in everyday work scenarios.

Depending on the context, some initiatives may also include data and reporting tools such as Power BI, mainly from a user and business perspective (reading dashboards, understanding data, using reports). The specific combination of tools varies by project and is defined case by case.

Skill and Competencies Required:

• Strong, hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365
• Ability to design and deliver training materials
• Comfortable appearing on camera and familiar with recording setups.
• Ability to deliver training in one or more of the following languages (the more, the better):
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or AI features within M365
• Experience in digital adoption or change management projects

this role is not focused on AI or Copilot specialization. A separate position is dedicated to AI & Copilot expert trainers.
