* What you’ll do:

* * You will join the team of Experience Design  and in particular in the business / management Analytics & CRO Team. reporting directly to Analytics & CRO Manager
* You will have the opportunity to be involved analytics & CRO activities for online properties, managing tools and implementing the tracking necessary for Digital Analytics (Analytics) and CRO (A/B testing and customization) activities in order to improve the conversion and user experience on sisal digital properties.
** Who you are:*
* * You have at least 2 years years of experience in data analysis role;
* You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics;
* You have excellent knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Launch, Tealium, Google Analytics, GTM, Adobe Target, Adobe Data Collection ;
* You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
* You are  to write, implement and debug technical documents for sites and apps; you are able to set A/B Tests ;
* You know and are able to communicate the tagging implementation strategy and logic to a developer team.
