Solutions Architect - Italy; Rome

Based in or commutable distance to Rome.

• Partner with the Sales team and lead customer-facing technical discussions and activities related to value creation and solution development to achieve the technical win.
• Build customer-specific solutions for the deployment and integration of Chainalysis products.
• Communicate and translate complex technical requirements to the Product and Engineering team to build and add new features and improve existing capabilities.
• Demonstrate Chainalysis solutions in a way that inspires audience confidence.
• Become a trusted technical advisor to both internal and external customers.
• Identify and highlight business opportunities.
• Partner with the Sales team to achieve goals and substantially increase our foothold with public sector customers and prospects.
• Provide guidance on technical challenges ranging from high-level architecture to code implementation.
• Support sales enablement of partners and channel alliances.

• Built custom deployment plans for other SaaS products.
• A technical generalist background, comfortable with REST API integrations, SQL databases, Kubernetes/Docker/containerization of applications, and always interested in learning more.
• Experience with cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud application infrastructures, cloud-native security principles, and/or blockchain technologies.
• Fluency in English & Italian.

• Prior security clearance.
• Worked in or directly with customers in the public sector – law enforcement, defense, justice, or civilian government sectors.
• Proficiency in Python, REST API integrations, SQL databases.
