We are Storm Reply
, the Reply Group company specialised in AWS Cloud Managed Services. What about you? We are looking for a Cloud Service Manager passionate about operational excellence and customer success.
- Own the service. You will be the single point of contact for enterprise clients — managing SLAs, service reviews, escalations, and change processes across 24×7 AWS managed environments.
- Drive continuous improvement. You will analyse KPIs, lead incident post‑mortems, and turn operational data into actionable improvements for some of Italy's most iconic brands.
- Bridge tech and business. You will work side by side with Dev Ops engineers, cloud architects, and Fin Ops specialists — translating technical complexity into clear value for C‑level stakeholders.
- Proven track record. 2+ years in a Service Management role within IT Managed Services or Cloud Operations environments.
- AWS fluency. Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure and cloud operations (AWS certifications are a plus). Experience in other cloud providers can qualify as well.
- ITSM mindset. Hands‑on experience with ITSM frameworks (ITIL Foundation or above) and ticketing platforms (Service Now, Jira Service Management).
- Communication that lands. Excellent interpersonal and written skills in Italian and English — you are equally comfortable in a technical war room and a client boardroom.

The first step of our recruiting process will be an introductory call with our HR team, followed by a technical interview with the Service Management team lead. We will keep it simple and transparent — no surprises.
