Solution Architect

To strengthen our Large Enterprise Delivery Division, we are looking for a Solution Architect
.

The Solution Architect is a consultant who has significant experience in the delivery of software modernization projects and is trained in software engineering best practices.

• Analyzing and translating customers’ business requirements into functional architecture ensuring that the solution strategy is in line with the business strategy.
• Design and develop complex architectural and technological solutions.
• Manage relationships with the client’s business owner for requirements analysis and with other internal and external stakeholders involved in business and project processes.
• Manage the relationship with other internal and external development team members.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to monitor project progress, identify and address critical issues, identify and proactively manage project risks.
• Provide solution recommendations and contribute to the resolution of key process and technical construction issues within and across process groups.

• At least 2 years’ experience in the role of Consultant or solution architect preferably in software houses.
• Ability to understand, analyze and convert customer requirements into effective design.
• Experience in the design and delivery of ICM Systems applications.
• Excellent knowledge of English (minimum level C1).

• Good knowledge of the Italian language (minimum level B2).
• Strong goal and customer orientation.
• Ability to cope with challenges.
