** We are looking for a skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. This role combines analytical thinking, creativity, and up-to-date knowledge of evolving digital ecosystems, including AI-driven search environments.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Develop and execute
** SEO
* * strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility
* Optimize content for
** AEO** (Answer Engine Optimization), focusing on featured snippets and voice search
* Design and implement
** GEO** (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies for AI-powered search engines
* Manage and grow
** social media
** channels, increasing engagement and brand awareness
* Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns (content marketing, paid advertising, etc.)
* Analyze performance data and KPIs to continuously optimize strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (dev, ops, sales) to ensure consistency and effectiveness
** Requirements:
*** Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and social media
* Solid understanding of AEO and emerging GEO practices
* Strong analytical skills and familiarity with web analytics tools
