Role Overview

You will work on projects supporting our Italian and international customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Project support during all phases of the software development life cycle (remote or onsite)
• Configuration, specification, and implementation of solutions according to client requirements
• Managing the acceptance of software solutions with regard to functionality and quality, collaborating with internal and external colleagues
• Building relationships with clients and identifying potential new business opportunities
• Supporting Sales during project acquisition
• Conducting fit‑gap analysis to assess solution suitability for customer requirements
• Supporting functional specification activities with product demonstrations, translating user requirements into change specifications, and transferring functional knowledge to the technical team
• Advising and training customers on Werum’s PAS‑X MES software

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in the life sciences industry with large‑scale applications
• Understanding of the software project life cycle and experience with MES software, ideally Werum’s PAS‑X MES and other Körber Pharma solutions
• Excellent understanding of GMP/GAMP principles
• Strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients and larger groups
• Strong team player, capable of taking on different roles within a team
• Dynamic personality, strong analytical skills, hands‑on approach
• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is a plus
• Willingness to travel mainly within Italy and abroad
• A valid driver’s license is required
