Il/La candidato/a sarà inserito/a nell’area IT della Divisione Transportation e opererà presso un importante cliente automotive, all'interno del dipartimento End User Services.
Attività previste:- Coordinamento delle attività all’interno del dipartimento
- Gestione della pianificazione e monitoraggio delle tempistiche
- Supporto al management del cliente nella gestione di iniziative progettuali
- Gestione degli asset IT, quali client e mobile
- Gestione delle relazioni con i fornitori di servizi
- Laurea in discipline tecnico-scientifiche o gestionali
- Esperienza di circa 4-5 anni in ruolo analogo in ambito IT End User Services
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata (minimo C1)
- Familiarità nella gestione dei fornitori
- Ottime capacità organizzative e comunicative
- Proattività e autonomia
- Ottima conoscenza di MS Office e Service Now
- Esperienza nella gestione di client e mobile in ambito End User Services
- Costituisce un plus il possesso di certificazioni in ambito Project Management
