Technical Specialist

We are hiring a Technical Specialist (m/f/d) with Sales Talent

Ekinex S.p.A., headquartered in Vaprio d’Agogna, is seeking a Technical Specialist with sales talent who can expand the brand across Europe. We are now looking for a motivated professional to strengthen our presence in the German market. If you are passionate about technology, enjoy working with people and want to actively build something new, this role is made for you.

We are looking for someone who connects, inspires and takes ownership:

• Experience in the Smart Home sector is a plus
• Junior profiles are also welcome if motivated to learn and grow in the role
• Fluent German, good English;
  Italian is a strong plus
• Basic knowledge of KNX and building automation systems is required
• Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting and technical support is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, initiative and a confident customer-facing presence
• Class B driving licence and willingness for flexible service assignments
• Willingness to travel within Germany
• Motivation to support the sales team with technical expertise
• Enthusiasm for customer consulting and solution-oriented thinking

In this role, you will play a key part in establishing and growing the Ekinex brand in Germany:

• Support the German team in building and expanding the Ekinex presence
• Provide technical consulting on our products to partners, integrators and customers
• Deliver on-site support in Germany (commissioning, diagnostics, technical clarification)
• Work closely with our support team in Italy to ensure fast and effective customer assistance
• Support the sales team during customer meetings, product presentations and technical discussions
