Security Architect; Freelancer

On behalf of our client, a leading multinational consultancy company operating across various industries and markets, we are currently seeking a Security Architect (Freelancer with VAT number / P.IVA) to join their team.

Duration: 6 + 6 months, with likely extensions

Start date:

ASAP

• Perform technical security evaluations (HLA, TDA) for new projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with corporate security standards
• Estimate security-related costs in line with company processes
• Act as the main security focal point, coordinating and interfacing with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external to the CISO area)
• Apply information security principles, standards, and best practices
• Design and review security architectures, frameworks, and engineering principles
• Assess and implement appropriate security technologies
• Support compliance in highly regulated environments (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, DORA)

• Proven experience as a Security Architect
• Solid knowledge of information security principles, frameworks, and technologies
• Experience working in regulated industries
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Banking sector experience is considered a plus
• Availability to work as a freelancer with VAT number (P.IVA)
