The successful implementation of the projects is based on qualified consulting, technical know‑how as well as professional installation, on‑site training and ongoing customer support.

• Based in Brixen, you will help ensure that our customers worldwide, and particularly in France, can rely on efficient and dependable support
• As the first point of contact, you will handle technical customer inquiries by phone or through our ticketing system
• You will support our service scheduling team in organizing maintenance work and repairs on our machines
• Through your active involvement, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our equipment quality and technical documentation

• Very good knowledge of the French language
• Good knowledge of the German and English language
• Strong interest in technology, ideally with initial experience in technical support
