Service Technician Supervisor

Location: On-site role located in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

We are looking for a Service Technician Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of technicians in our main European service lab. The role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality calibration and repair services for a wide range of test and measurement equipment.

You’ll apply Lean methodologies and Kaizen principles to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain high standards. Your leadership will inspire and guide your team to meet ambitious goals, including our key performance target:
95% of all repairs and calibrations returned to customers within 5 working days

• Lead, coach, and motivate a multicultural team of technicians.
• Ensure timely and high-quality calibration and repair services.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, with a strong focus on on-time delivery.
• Support customers with technical advice and service-related queries.
• Collaborate with logistics and other departments to manage growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Apply Lean and Kaizen principles to optimize workflows.
• Use office tools to manage reports, schedules, and performance metrics.

You’ll be part of a vibrant team of 6 to 15 technicians
, supported by a strong logistics operation.

• A mid to high-level degree in electronics or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
• Experience with office software for reporting and planning.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for team success.
