We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Demand and Service Provisioning Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in contributing to the governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of service delivery and provisioning processes within the Business Operations team. In this position, you’ll work closely with internal Business, Technical, Engineering and IT Teams and external Distributors, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives.

• Gather and formalize product requirements, supporting the Product Management team in service evolution initiatives.
• Support service governance activities
