Production Associate

Kan Pak LLC is seeking a Production Associate to support our fast-paced beverage and dessert manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you will operate and monitor production and packaging lines, follow GMPs and strict food safety standards, and help ensure products meet quality and customer specifications. Responsibilities include basic equipment setup and changeovers, in-process quality checks, accurate data recording, and safe material handling.

You'll work closely with a collaborative team, contribute to continuous improvement, and gain experience in modern food and beverage production for major national brands.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging lines for beverages and dessert products
• Follow GMPs, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times
• Perform basic equipment setup, changeovers, and routine checks to maintain line efficiency
• Conduct in-process quality checks and accurately record production data
• Handle materials, ingredients, and packaging safely and efficiently
• Identify and report equipment or product issues to leads or supervisors
• Support continuous improvement, 5
• S, and problem-solving activities on the floor
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet safety, quality, and production targets
