• Schedule: 2 x 12-hour shifts per week; rotating days or nights; includes every other weekend and holidays

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a Med/Surg environment as an RN; telemetry experience preferred
• Strong communication, clinical assessment, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams in an acute care hospital

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in an acute Med/Surg/telemetry setting
• Perform thorough patient assessments, develop individualized nursing care plans, and evaluate patient progress
• Monitor cardiac status and telemetry; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and per hospital protocols
• Educate patients and families on self-care, discharge instructions, and disease management
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and allied health professionals to achieve patient-centered goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Adhere to infection prevention, safety protocols, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
