We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric residents in a supportive long-term care setting. The LPN will assist with resident care, monitor patient conditions, support rehabilitation activities, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

• Provide direct resident care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial status
• Support nutrition, hydration, mobility, transfers, and rehabilitation programs
• Maintain resident safety and respond promptly to call lights and alarms
• Accurately document care and observations according to facility protocols
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life

Active LPN License
BLS Certification (AHA) required
High School Diploma or GED
Experience working with adult and geriatric populations preferred

• Full-Time Employees: 100% tuition coverage up to $5,250/year
• Part-Time Employees: 50% tuition coverage up to $2,625/year
• RNs pursuing a BSN are eligible immediately
• No waiting period for attendance at Finger Lakes Health College of Nursing (FLHCON) or Marion S. Whelan School of Practical Nursing (MSW)
• Employees attending other schools become eligible after 1 year of FT/PT employment
