LPN – Long Term Care

All contracts must run through the holiday season. Must be able to start on a Tuesday or Thursday for full shift.

Contract Length: 27 weeks

Hours:

40 hours per week

NY LPN Licensure

BLS (AHA or RQI only)

1 year experience as LPN

Provide direct and indirect resident care as directed by licensed nursing personnel.

Assist with the activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting needs.

Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring resident safety and comfort.

Support residents with their nutritional needs, including meal delivery and feeding assistance.

Implement rehabilitative care as outlined in the plan of care, including range of motion and ambulation.

Report any changes in resident status to the Charge Nurse promptly.
