Stroke Certification (AHA or RQI only)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department (ED) within an acute hospital setting
Provide high-quality compassionate nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
Conduct thorough assessments to prioritize and manage urgent or emergent care.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on care procedures and post-emergency management.
Monitor patient progress and reassess conditions to determine necessary interventions.
Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and team members to ensure optimal care outcomes.
