Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated LPN to join a dynamic team in Penn Yan, NY. This is a full-time travel assignment requiring 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will work under the direction of licensed nursing personnel and perform both direct and indirect resident care within their scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities of the LPN Full Time

• Meet resident's ADL needs as outlined in care plans, including hygiene and skin care
• Maintain resident environment safety, including call lights and alarms
• Ensure nutritional needs are met according to resident preferences
• Address rehabilitative needs such as range of motion and transfers
• Report resident rights, refusals, and status changes to the Charge Nurse promptly

Requirements of the LPN Full Time

• NY LPN Licensure
• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)
• 1 year of experience as an LPN
• High School Diploma or GED
