Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for a travel assignment in Penn Yan, NY. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for providing comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients in a long-term care environment. The CNA will work under the direction of licensed nursing personnel to perform both direct and indirect resident care duties.

Key responsibilities of the CNA include:

• Meet residents' ADL needs as outlined in care plans
• Maintain resident environment and safety
• Fulfill residents' nutritional requirements
• Provide rehabilitative care including range of motion and ambulation
• Report resident rights, refusals, and concerns promptly
• Identify and report changes in residents' physical and emotional status

Requirements of the CNA include:

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification
• BLS (AHA or RQI certificates only)
• One year of experience in a LTC or CNA capacity
